Hayden's amazing entertainment blog: game reviews!

I just recently got Crysis 3. Graphics are stunning, crisp, and clear. The campaign seems similar to The Tom Clancy's Splinter Cell, because it is so much easier if you are patient and use stealth effect. Good news is, if you still like to go out guns blazing, your nano-suit has provided you with a armor feature, deflecting damage for a limited amount of time (depending on how much damage you take, your suit's energy  drains, and if you're in stealth mode, moving faster drains it too.) I just played the campaign for about half an hour. It was really hard to put down. I really like the nano-suit's functions, like punching like Mike Tyson, or jumping high like Bob Richards, or sliding like Derek Jeter. The multi-player  however, was really confusing. With the lack of good directional damage indicators, its hard to tell where you are being shot from. I also found my self being exploding to my death a lot  I would be walking and boom. Dead. You have to be attentive to players using stealth function and sneaking up on you. I eventually got some good equipment and did okay for most of my games, but some deaths led me going ?????? My rating: for 40 dollars new at Gamestop, its an exceptional game. 91/100 -hayden
